Please be advised that at its most recent meeting the Board approved changes to By-laws 3.8 and 3.9. The full By-laws can be read here.
The changes include rules surrounding a practice called ‘ghosting’ as well clarifying the process required when a member is unable to play in a booked round and also what happens when members fail to return a scorecard when they have registered for a competition.
