Dear Members,
Regretfully I must advise that our full time Chef, Gaurav, will be ceasing full-time employment with the Club effective from the 2nd January 2022 which means his last full event will be the New Years Eve event.
The Club has advertised for a full-time replacement for Gaurav and will be able to advise members of a new appointment in due course.
This will no doubt be disappointing to many members as Gaurav has done a great job with not only the day-to-day food service but also the functions and special menus throughout his time with us.
As a result of this and to provide certainty to a new Chef and their working hours starting in 2022 the kitchen will not be open on Tuesdays, with a variety of grab and go options available for purchase instead. At this stage the trading hours on a Wednesday through Sunday will remain as they were during the extended hours trial period.
I thank you for your understanding with this matter and hope to be able to provide some further positive advice in the next few weeks.
