Dear Members,
Regretfully I must advise that Garry Holmes has provided the Board his immediate resignation as a Board Director and Vice Captain of MGGC.
This position is not up for election at the upcoming AGM with the current term due to run through to the 2024 AGM. Pursuant to clause 3.17 of the Club’s Constitution the position may be filled by the Board as a Casual Vacancy for the remaining term of office.
