Please note that following the AGM this year, approved changes to the Club’s Constitution via Special Resolution were sent to the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety. These changes were formally accepted by the Department recently.
The removal of the Premium Booking charge from the Constitution also meant that section 2.22 of the Club’s By-laws needed to be removed. This has been updated along with the addition of a section in the By-laws relating to Bereavement Notices (section 8.2).
These updates were approved at the Club’s Board meeting on April 27 however the removal of section 2.22 required the acceptance of the agreed Constitutional changes.
