Dear Members,
Regretfully I must advise that Director of House and Social, Rod Webb, has provided the Board his immediate resignation as a Board Director of MGGC. Rod was appointed to fill a Casual Vacancy earlier this year and the Board and I thank him for his time and effort in recent months in the role.
Pursuant to clause 3.17 of the Club’s Constitution the position may be filled by the Board as a Casual Vacancy for the remaining term of office (through to the AGM in 2025). The Board will consider the best way ahead and the Members will be advised in due course.
