 This year will be the

55th LADIES ANNUAL MEETING.

THURSDAY 23rd NOVEMBER 2023 at 10 am

Nominations for the following committee positions will close on 26th October 2023.

Please return completed forms to the Lady Secretary by the closing date 26th October 2023.

Please note 9th November 2023 is the last date for receiving matters raised by members. Any lady member wishing to raise matters for inclusion in the LAM agenda, should do so in writing by 7^th November 2023.

The Agenda for the LAM will be finalized and promulgated by the 10th November 2023.
