Thank you to the small number of members who took the time to provide feedback on the trial timesheet opening times that have been in place to start the year.
At its February meeting, the Match committee reviewed the feedback that was received and as a result made the recommendation to the Board that the current trial conditions remain in effect – that is that all timesheets open 6 days in advance at 7pm for Ordinary Members and 4 days in advance at 7pm for Restricted members. This decision was ratified by the Board.
The shortened opening window of 6 days in advance showed positive signs with members able to arrange their groups prior to the booking window opening and while there was a small amount of negative feedback over the change in opening times, there was no consensus provided with many other opening times offered as potential solutions. The limited feedback received showed there is no one time that will perfectly suit all our members so the decision to continue with the 7pm opening time was made.
