A resident at a property located adjacent to the Club has reported damage to a window on their property.
On Wednesday 17 April at approximately 5.40pm a tee shot from the 14th hole was hit over the fence and into a neighbouring property breaking a window.
We need the member who was in the vicinity, or any potential witnesses to contact the office (admin@melvilleglades.com or 9332 7333) as soon as possible so that we can submit the required insurance paperwork. You are not in trouble and the matter can be handled to protect your identity and avoid any potential embarrassment.
All MGGC playing members are insured through your affiliation fees for this type of incident and there is no excess payable by the individual or Club – provided we can identify the member responsible. If you hit a ball out of bounds you think may cause damage to another person or property please advise the office.
