Dear Members,

Following its June meeting the Board approved some minor amendments to the Club’s By-laws.

Those changes are at:

  • Clarifications to section 3 – Board meeting hearings – clauses 7.7 & 7.12, and
  • Removal of reference to the House and Social Committee now the constitutional changes approved at the AGM have been accepted by the Department – clause 4.5, 4.10 & 6.6.
  • Introduction of Foundation Member, Special Purpose membership clauses at 2.37.1.
