Those who frequent the Men’s locker room will be aware that it is tired and worn, particularly in the wet areas. They need a refresh.
The Board has approved an upgrade to the Men’s locker room that will see the wet areas get updated with new flooring, new finishes and waterproofing, new vanities and urinals and see showers extended and enclosed with partitioning and doors to provide members with an increased level of privacy when using the facilities. Also approved was fresh paint for the rest of the locker room as well as new carpet, building on to the new carpet in the entry and hallways of the Clubhouse that was laid last year.
These works will begin on Monday 28th October with demolition work of the wet areas and it is planned that the project will be completed by the end of November.
While the upgrade works are in progress members will not have access to the men’s locker room for any reason so we would ask those members with lockers to ensure you remove all items that you may need by Sunday 27th October at the latest. Other toilets are available within the main Clubhouse, while a shower is available in the disabled toilet located in the main entry to the Clubhouse.
