Dear Members,
With the recent appointment of Dale Davies as Club Captain, a vacancy now exists on the MGGC Membership and Marketing Committee (MMC).
The MMC is responsible for the evaluation of new member applications and recommending to the Board the appointment of new members as they become eligible.
The committee has oversight of total member numbers per category along with recommendations around subscriptions and nomination fees.
From a marketing perspective the MMC provides advice and direction to staff on sponsorship and marketing initiatives to ensure the club maximises opportunities for both sponsors and the club itself.
We are seeking applications from interested members who feel they may be able to bring new ideas and fresh perspective to this important function of the club.
The time commitment is not onerous with the MMC meeting for approx. 2 hours per month.
Chaired by club Vice President Matt Thomas, the committee consists of Lady member Robyn Maynard, along with staff members Matt Espie and Jodee Richardson.
