Nominations are now open for the following board positions:

Course Director | Finance Director | Director of Lady Members

To be eligible for these positions you must be an Ordinary (all classes) or Life Member and have been an Ordinary (all classes) and/or Life member for a minimum of two (2) consecutive years and be financial at the date of the AGM.

Course | Finance | Lady Members | Match | Membership & Marketing

A candidate for election as a member of a Management Committee must be an Ordinary (all classes), Life, Restricted, FIFO or Clubhouse Member, must have been a member of the Club for at least two consecutive years, must be nominated by two voting members of the Club and must be financial at the date of the Annual General Meeting.

Nomination forms may be collected from administration and must be submitted in writing and signed by the nominee and two Ordinary (all classes) and/or Life members who are eligible to vote.

Completed nomination forms must be in the hands of the General Manager at least twenty-eight (28) days immediately prior to the AGM – 5pm Thursday 27th February 2025.

General Business:
Any items of general business must be provided in writing at least fourteen days (14) prior to the holding of the AGM – Thursday 13th March 2025.
