At the January Board meeting the Board agreed to make some amendments to the by-laws.
The changes are at:
- 2.29 – Green Fees – updates made to reflect operations.
- 6.8 – Women’s Committee – changes made to bring the committee by-laws inline with other committees.
- 8.5 – Remote Attendance at Meetings – addition made to reflect modern times and accepted business practice.
