Dear Members,
Please see below documents relating to the Special General Meeting to be held at 6.30pm on Tuesday 30th November 2021. As per the Club’s constitution we require a minimum of 65 members with voting rights in attendance at the meeting to form a quorum.
For those who may be unable to attend on the night, absentee voting will be available in the office, during regular office hours (Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm) as well as between 10.30am and 1.30pm on Saturday 27th November.
A timesheet has been created for members to register their intent to attend so that the Clubhouse can be setup appropriately. (Click here for timesheet)
