$10 entry fee ($20 per couple)
You play with a partner in groups of 4 (2 teams of 2 players)
4BBB Matchplay is a handicapped stroke event. Whilst playing in teams of two, each player plays their own ball and tries to hole out in less shots than both players in the opposing team. Each hole is either won by a team or drawn. Play continues until a team is up by more than holes left to play.
Handicaps – The lowest handicapped player plays off scratch. The other 3 players deduct the best player’s handicap from their own and that is the numbers of Strokes they will be allowed. A Matchplay Index card will be provided to indicate which holes you get a shot on. Your daily handicap applies for each round.
This is a relaxed, fun format that brings a team element to a game that is normally an individual sport. Sign-up sheet will soon be up in the Ladies Locker room. So sign up and put your $20 in envelope, with both you names, in money box in Locker room.
