56th Annual General Meeting

TO BE HELD AT THE CLUB PREMISES ON THURSDAY 23rd MARCH 2023 AT 7.00PM

Nominations are now open for the following board positions:

Director of Course; Director of Finance; Director of House & Social; Director of Lady Members

To be eligible for these positions you must be an Ordinary or Life Member and have been an ordinary member for a minimum of four (4) consecutive years and are financial at the date of the AGM.

Elected member on the following Sub-committees:

Course; Finance; House & Social; Lady Members; Match; Membership & Marketing

A candidate for election as a member of a Management Committee must be an Ordinary or Life Member, must have been an Ordinary Member for at least two years, must be nominated by two Ordinary or Life Members of the Club and must be financial at the date of the Annual General Meeting.

Nomination forms must be collected from administration and be submitted in writing and signed by the nominee and two ordinary members who are eligible to vote.

Completed nomination forms must be in the hands of the General Manager at least twenty-eight (28) days immediately prior to the AGM – 5pm 23rd February 2023.

General Business:

Any items of general business must be provided in writing at least fourteen days (14) prior to the holding of the AGM – 9th March 2023.
