At the Club’s AGM, there was significant discussion about how rakes should be kept on course – inside bunkers, outside bunkers, in holders or stands etc. It was agreed to conduct a survey in an attempt to gain the preference of the majority of members.
At its March meeting the Board discussed the matter further noting that the health and safety issues surrounding the removal of the stainless-steel holders were still valid. In the interests of the Members, reintroducing a potential trip hazard will be avoided, meaning a return to these holders is not possible.
