With winter almost upon us and the daylight hours getting noticeably shorter it is timely to remind members that this means there are less timeslots available for golf each day.

This means that the pressures on timesheets and the availability to play will become tougher on most days for all members and the wait list will be an important booking tool. With this in mind we ask members to be courteous and considerate to their fellow members and do the following:

  1. When booking in yourself or your group only book people you know will be able to play.
  2. If during the week after booking, you or someone in your group is not able to play, please remove the booking straight away. 
  3. If you are forced onto the waitlist ensure you give yourself as big a window of availability as possible.
  4. If you have not yet been successful in obtaining a spot off the waitlist and will no longer be able to play, please remove your waitlist booking. 

We want to ensure that all members have the best opportunity to play and that we are maximising our fields but we need your help to do so.
