At its recent meeting the Board approved changes as below to clause 5.10 Pandemic Emergency Regulations. The changes remove the specific references to the COVID pandemic but maintain general conditions for any future Emergency Regulation requirements.
- Amendments to 5.10
- Amendments to 5.10.1
- Deletion of old clauses 5.10.2, 5.10.3 & 5.10.4
- Renumbering of clause 5.10.5 to be 5.10.2
