Throughout the month of January you will see Jamie out marshalling from Tuesday-Saturday pushing along pace of play (POP), golf etiquette, dress standards and yarning about all things golf. If you see him out feel free to talk to him about your day, your bad golf shots and any concerns out on course. We want to bridge the gap with POP and help you enjoy your experience at The Glades by being proactive in this area.

We all love the course, and we as a whole need to be vigilant when protecting the course. A common theme over the last few weeks has presented itself, in that a small portion of our social members aren’t following regular protocols. A friendly reminder, ALWAYS check in with the Pro Shop before heading out to play, once checked in our friendly team will designate which tee you can start off. If a guest is present, they will be issued a guest pass that can be clipped onto their bag. It is paramount that ALL social players follow this process as we are constantly looking at the tees from the cameras in the Pro Shop, I am sure you would like to avoid the embarrassment of a being asked to leave a tee box. Furthermore, we as members can also work together, and if we see anything that doesn’t look right, feel free to call the Pro Shop or Jamie, who will be able to mediate any wrong doings.
