Please note that all new applications for male Ordinary, FIFO and Trial memberships will only be accepted as Provisional members of that category. As a Provisional member you will not have access to book and/or play within the Saturday competition field until 4 days in advance of the day at 7pm. Access on other days and times will be as per full Ordinary membership (6 days in advance at 7pm) booking rights. Provisional status will be reviewed monthly and Provisional Members will be upgraded to full Ordinary membership as spaces become available.

Ordinary Membership
Ordinary Members (incl. 18-35) of Melville Glades experience the below benefits of being a Club member:
- The ability to play competition and social golf any day except in competitions that are gender specific
- Time sheets open 6 days prior at 7pm
- Obtain and manage your GA Handicap
- No compulsory House Spend
- Discounted Nomination fee (limited time)
- Graduated pricing scale for 18-35 year olds
- Full voting rights

Other membership categories
FIFO
Do you work away? Sick of playing at public courses? Don’t pay for a full years membership when you are away for half the year!
Melville Glades FIFO membership is available for Fly In Fly Out workers who cannot use the Club facilities on any day of the week for at least 22 weeks of the year, and based more than 200 km from the club.
Ordinary 9 Hole
Don’t like playing 18 holes of golf? Can’t physically play a full round? Our Ordinary 9 Hole membership can suit you.
Ordinary 9 Hole members can play 9 holes during social play times any day of the week and also play in any 9 hole competitions that are scheduled throughout the year. Our women have a dedicated 9 hole competition every Tuesday and Thursday morning with plans to add competitions for men as demand increases.
3 Month Trial
Our 3 month Trial membership gives you the chance to sample what Melville Glades has to offer without committing to a full 12 month membership. Trial members receive the same rights as an Ordinary member with the exception of being able to vote. Once you see what Melville Glades has to offer we are confident you will want to remain a member of the Club for years to come.
Junior memberships
Under 12 members Aged under 12 at January 1.
12-17 members Aged 12 – 17 years at January 1.
Melville Glades holds Junior competitions on Sundays, with both morning and afternoon times available. The Club encourages a social atmosphere for all juniors players, ensuring they develop their game and have fun at the same time. Several tournaments are held here and at other clubs throughout the year.
Non golfing memberships
Clubhouse membership:
Not a golfer? Not a worry! Just because you don’t play golf, doesn’t mean you have to miss out on all the fun at your local golf club.
Become a Clubhouse member, and receive full use of the clubhouse including Friday night restaurant and access to club functions and events. Bring your friends down for an alfresco lunch and watch the kangaroos graze, or enjoy Friday night happy hour and members draws. We pride ourselves on being a family club, so the kids are more than welcome.
